Q. What forms of payment do you accept--do you send a bill?

I accept cash, checks, Visa or MasterCard at the time of service. I am happy to provide a receipt or statement if you need it for your FLEX spending plan or your records. I would be happy to work with your chiropractor or health care provider for insurance billing.
